Thank you for taking the time to sign up for the South Weber City's new 2009 Survey Panel. This survey panel will be used as a representative sample of the greater South Weber population and is being established to assist the City in completing surveys throughout the year. Some of you completed a similar survey last year but we need you to please complete the 2009 updated survey. Please note this survey is limited to only one per household.
This initial registration takes approximately 3 minutes to complete and reflects some of the same questions asked by the U.S. Census Bureau. The goal is to have a survey panel of 350 residents whose demographic information matches the information collected by the U.S. Census Bureau for our community.
Your honest feedback and suggestions are greatly appreciated and will assist the City in making important decisions to help improve the quality of life in South Weber. Please invite other residents of South Weber City to go to the city's website at www.southwebercity.com and sign up to participate on the 2009 panel.
Personal information (email addresses, phone numbers, household income, etc.) collected by this and other City surveys will be used exclusively for the purposes of gathering information to help South Weber City improve its services. This information will not be provided nor sold to any third party group(s) or entities.
